Contact: eMail Began his career as an actor in 1984 as Noah in the play “Behind the Fence” at the “Habimah” Theater followed by the main roles in the films “Gloves”, “I don’t give a damn”, “Contract for Love” and a guest role in “Overdose”. He played Motka in the musical “Motke Ganev” at “The Yidish Theater”. At the same time, he began writing plays that were produced by “The Israeli Children and Youth Theater” and screenplays produced by T.N.A. Productions. From 1988 he began working in the cultivation of youth for the performing arts. Youth bands, ensembles, workshops, military bands, I.D.F theater, school of the arts, that year the Ika sohar Theater workshop began operating in Ashdod, Rishon LeZion, Tel Aviv. Since 2004 he has been positioned at Merkaz Habama in Ganei Tikva and for 17 years developed the concept of “thearosophy” that advocates theater as a tool for empowering and developing professional abilities. More than 200 youth attend the workshop every year. In 2020, he moved the theater workshop to its new home in the Savyon Cultural Center. |
