They Say She Will Start In July – A Dance Play
Fifteen short scenes of a man and a woman trying to live together and create a home, when outside a war might break in July. Whilst the man writes and obsessively documents their life, the woman works in the post office, sends letters out to the world, hoping someone will read them. It seems that although the shared effort, their words never meet. A Chorus of Thousand Voices accompanies the fifteen scenes. The voices are coming from outside (or maybe from the inside) and merging into one voice that cannot be separated anymore.
Man and Woman and between them an abyss. He and She are looking on their life as though it was a poem being written at this moment, struggling to live together regardless. Those are dance like encounters about the war outside and inside.
