Noa Lazar-Keinan was born in Tel-Aviv in 1977. She holds a BA in the Multidisciplinary Program in the Arts and in Sociology and Anthropology at the Tel Aviv University.
Graduate of the The Actors Studio Yoram Levinstein. Author of the Blog “This is not what I was promised” in the digital edition of “Haaretz” newspaper.
Among her plays: «Until death unites us» Beer-Sheva Theatre (2024) «”Short Circuit”», Beer Sheva Theatre (2022). The play was invited to the “WeltBühne Festival” at the Residenz Theater Munich, on June 2023. The play was performed at the Gerhart hauptmann theater in Germany and at the TWW theater in Austria (2024)
«”Bertod and Agnes”»- the play premiered at The Habima National Theatre (2019) and was produced at the Estonian Drama Theatre-Talin, in 2022-2023.
Her short play “The Memory Game” was part of the project “Post Trauma” focused on Holocaust’s third generation. An international collaboration of Habima Theater & the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus(2009).
Among her plays for youth: “Dreams of Others”, “Itamar – The First Hebrew Child”, “What Is Love” , “The Children of the Wooden House”, “Perfect”.
Israeli series screenwriter- “Chamama”, “Neighbourhood”, “Redhead”, “Double”, “Nanny Dad”, “The Policeman’s Daughter”.
