Chef Noam Amir, a rising star in the local culinary scene, finds himself in debt just before opening his new bistro in Paris. Noam’s late father, Moshiko – the owner of the legendary “Moshiko’s Hummus” – appears to him and offers a deal he can’t refuse.

Thus, Noam finds himself returning to his childhood home, reconnecting with the family he left behind, and facing the hummus joint he despises so much.
